Our Police Department has launched a new public feedback opportunity to enhance its customer service and community engagement. Beginning Sept. 20, community members who interact with our department will receive a customer service survey via text message between 8 a.m.-8 p.m. 24 hours following calls for service for non-life-threatening incidents.

The survey will include three questions asking for a rating between 1-5 and a fourth question inviting a typed comment. There will also be a link at the end to send an email about your experience with department personnel.
