Beginning Sept. 20, community members who interact with the police department will receive a customer service survey via text message between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. 24 hours following a call for service for a non-life-threatening incident.
The survey will include three questions asking for a rating between 1-5 and a fourth question inviting a typed comment.
