City Clerk Dan Kasunic has served the City of Kentwood since 2000 and has been a resident since 1992. As City Clerk, Dan is dedicated to ensuring transparency in government and continuous improvements in the election process.

As a past president of the Michigan Municipal Clerks Association, Dan has been a leader in promoting the professional development and standing of municipal clerks through cooperation, communication and education.

He is also active in the community. Dan currently serves as president of the Friends of the Library Board and is active with his church. He was a member of the Kentwood Jaycees, an organization that offers leadership training through community service.
