The City Clerk is the keeper of all City records. The Clerk's Office provides assistance and information in the following areas:
- Elections
- Voter Registration
- Business licensing
- Maintains list of licensed Trash Haulers and Snowplowers
- Placement of items on City Commission/committee agendas
- Maintains the official record
- City Hall FOIA Coordinator
- Provide copies of City ordinance
- Provide City, County and State maps
- Maintains Records for Pine Hill Cemetery
- Passport Acceptance Agent: hours M-F 8:00 a.m to 4:00 pm by walk-in; passport photo service available; payment by check or money order only.
