Kentwood Arbor Day Celebration

Celebrate Arbor Day with the City of Kentwood at Kellogg Woods Park, 275 Kellogg Woods Park Dr SE. We will kick things off with an Arbor Day proclamation, followed by a tree planting at the park. Free Tree Seedlings
The City of Kentwood will be distributing free red cedar, red maple and white pine tree tree seedlings to community members throughout the week leading up to Arbor Day. Seedlings will be available for pick up at the Kentwood Activities Center, 355 48th St. SE, from Tuesday, April 25 through Friday, April 28 during business hours or until supplies are gone.

When you get your seedling, be sure to take a picture when you plant the tree and post it to social media using #GreeningKentwood. Together we’ll make Kentwood a greener community!
